At Groom Reaper Trade and Tonic Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the personal nature of grooming and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Refund Method Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another product of equal value. We do not offer cash or original payment method refunds.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at groomreaperslab@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and indicate the product you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at groomreaperslab@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
