Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at groomreaperslab@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If an order cannot be canceled before shipment, it may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraud

• Errors in product information or pricing

• Inventory availability

In the event we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days.
